Postage & Packing
Postage and packaging costs can be selected and added to your shopping basket at checkout. Orders weighing under 2kg will be sent using 2nd class signed for Royal Mail. Over that weight up to 20kg/90 items a courier will be used and charged at £8.50. Over 20kg/91+ items should be selected at the basket and will be charged at £11.50. If the incorrect postage is chosen, we will contact you and the items will be sent once correct postage costs have been covered. Collection is also an option from John White Centre, Coventry, CV3 2QW.
Paying For Your Order
During the checkout process you may make an instant payment using your credit or debit card via the secure payment processor Pay Pal. Please be aware that you do NOT need a Pay Pal account to pay for your order and your card details are never released to us. You can also select to pay via bank transfer, details are provided when the option is chosen. If collecting payment on collection is possible.
Cancellations and Returns
We offer a 14 day cancellation and refund period for consumer products. Any returns will be accepted and a refund will be processed within 14 days, for non faulty products you are responsible for return postage. The order will need to be returned in a condition fit for resale before a refund can be authorised.
Any claims for loss/damages must be made within 24 hours of order arrival. Claims made after this time will not be processed. Please do not hesitate to contact us in the event you have any queries regarding your consumer rights.

Your privacy is extremely important to us. Please be aware that your personal information is kept confidential at all times. We will not sell or divulge your personal information to any third party under any circumstances unless required to do so under UK law. Selected couriers will be given details needed for deliveries but nothing more. Payment is entirely secure, and again, your details will never be disclosed to any third party. Please also note for safety and security reasons we never save or store financial details including credit/debit card details.
